The performances on this second album from saxophonist Tyler Levy were recorded live in little rooms across greater Atlanta: in small clubs, on tiny rooftops & at everyday events.

Nothing here was made with AI or in a studio. What you hear is what makes live jazz so great: risk-taking, serendipity & emotional expression in real time.

It is fitting that this work ends with a take on OutKast’s “Prototype,” a reminder that, even in times of great upheaval, the things that help us keep the faith still begin in little rooms.

The "Tyler Levy Sniff Trio" is a group of jazz musicians based in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2023, the trio performed several gigs at The Hotel At Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia. This album, “Tyler Levy Sniff Trio: Live at Avalon,” contains live recordings from these gigs. The album features the talented local vocalists Brianna Joesph & Maria Rosotto.
